Hi!
We are the AStA
We are elected as representatives in the AStA (General Student Committee) for a term of office of one and a half years. The AStA consists of the board of chairpersons (Vorstand), representatives (Referenten*innen) and employees. As the executive body in the student self-administration, we are in direct contact with the students. Our job is to execute the tasks delegated by the StuPa and to carry out independent projects. In recent years we have organised all kinds of events. You can look forward to a number of interesting activities this semester as well. Every student can stand for an honorary position in the AStA. In addition, we are always happy to have motivated people who help with the implementation of projects.

That all sounds kind of complicated?
It is not! Actually, there is only one thing to say about us: our ultimate goal is to enable you to study comfortably! We come up with all sorts of ideas and maintain contacts so that we have an answer ready for (almost) every question.
